The Minister of Environmental Affairs has given notice of her intention to adopt a Dangerous Goods Standard in terms of section 24(10)(a) read with section 24(10)(d) of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998.
 
Interested and affected parties are invited to submit within 30 days (on or before 5 September 2016) of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, written representations or objections to this notice.
